How can we service your game?
Let us breath new life into an old game
If your game has been played more than 150 times, and you haven’t pulled off the glass to maintain – this service is for you.
We will come to your location with our pinball service van (which is packed full of replacement parts, and tools), and do a service of your pinball machine. Most tune ups consist of the following:
- Cleaning and waxing of playfield
- Replacement of common worn items
- Rubbers
- Lights
- Flashers
- Diagnostics report
- Switches

- Replace your pinballs
This list is generic, and will be adjusted according to your particular machine. If you are having a specific issue with your game that you need fixed, please contact us with a description. We can pre-order special parts to be sure we will get your game up and running quickly.
A full shop job is a strip down of your entire pinball playfield, and repair/replace all worn components. This job will require us move your pinball to our location. This is what you can expect the average shop job to include:
- Complete removal of playfield
- Complete replacement of all coil sleeves, and shafts as needed
- Upgrade of all lights to modern 2SMD color matched LED bulbs
- Complete re-build of flipper assembles
- Deep cleaning of playfield:
- Stripping of old waxes
- Replacement of worn mylar sections
- buffing and removal of ball trails and scratches
- New 3 layer waxing – or playfield protector installation.
- rust removal and restoration of plastic ramps
- Plastic replacements (as needed)
- Complete replacement of all rubbers on playfield
- Rebuilding of ball launch assembly
- Rebuilding of any mechanical parts of toys and equipment
- Power testing and replacement of boards, DMD screens, and sound systems.
- Replacement of cabinet graphics, legs, metal trims, etc.
This is a great option if you have a worn game, or one that has been in storage for a long period of time.

A complete restoration is a top to bottom rebuild of your pinball machine. This is very expensive, and should be done for highly collectible games.
Your pinball will be rebuilt, from the ground up. Using a brand new cabinet, brand new playfield, new boards, all new mechs, lights, etc.
